Bryan Preti is an attorney from Seffner, Florida. He graduated from Brandon High School in 2008 and earned his Associates of Arts degree from Hillsborough Community College in 2010. He went on to obtain his Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida in 2013, and was the only graduate in his class to double-major in Philosophy and Political Science. ​In 2019, Mr. Preti graduated from Barry University with his Juris Doctorate. During Covid, he also earned a certification of course completion from MIT in Astronautical Engineering.
 

Tampa Bay and the surrounding area is a diverse corner of Florida. Having exposure across many different walks of life helps Mr. Preti understand and serve a wide variety of people and their individual circumstances. A first-generation college graduate, former construction worker, high school teacher, and published author, Mr. Preti finds joy in assisting real people reach amicable resolutions to their very difficult problems. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, Mr. Preti wants to empower the parties to determine how their lives will be governed in a confidential, judgment-free setting and avoid lengthy, costly and otherwise unpredictable Court proceedings.
