At Preti, P.A., we are a growing, client-centric law firm located in Tampa, Florida. We are committed to providing professional and ethical services to our clients in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning, Criminal Defense, and Bar Tutoring. Our firm is founded on the values of integrity, honesty and respect which we believe are essential for strong, enduring relationships with our clients.
Bryan Preti is an attorney from Brandon, Florida. He earned his Associates of Arts degree from Hillsborough Community College in 2010. Mr. Preti then obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida in 2013, and was the only graduate to double-major in Political Science and Philosophy. Being on academic scholarship, Mr. Preti left college with no student debt.
In 2019, Mr. Preti graduated from Barry University with his Juris Doctorate. He also earned a certification of course completion from MIT in Astronautical Engineering.
Mr. Preti was raised by a single mother with four children. Mr. Preti understands the stresses and sacrifices a single parent has to make when living in Section 8. Your 40 hour work week should not be an hour or two of your attorney's time.
Mr. Preti knows what it is like to donate plasma to make sure the Metro doesn't get turned off. He knows what it's like to go hungry, and what people experiences are like living on 34th Street or in Seffner. He has witnessed the real effects of addictions and violence in his community.

A published author, former high school teacher, construction worker, and assistant public defender, Mr. Preti knows the value of long hours with little-to-nothing to show for it. Mr. Preti was motivated to get his law degree so no client ever has to feel the same way he did: Powerless.
In his spare time, Mr. Preti likes to play Dungeons and Dragons. He also enjoys reading, writing, traveling, painting, Latin, and is a practicing Catholic. All glory to Christ.
