Service Description

Mediation is a confidential process in which a neutral third party, known as the mediator, assists disputing parties in communicating effectively, exploring their respective interests and perspectives, and developing options for a mutually acceptable resolution. The mediator remains impartial throughout the process and does not represent either party, render legal advice, or impose a decision upon the participants. Instead, the mediator facilitates constructive dialogue and guides the parties in identifying potential solutions to their dispute. The parties, not the judge, get to determine how their future will be. The objective of every mediation is conflict resolution by means of voluntary agreements. Bryan Preti, Esq., is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. Mediations are currently offered through Zoom. Mr. Preti's rates are $250 per hour. He matches the Mediation and Diversion Services rates for qualifying parties. Mediations can be scheduled in two, four, six and eight hour blocks. Weekend options avalible upon special circumstances, request and availability. Mr. Preti is available between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:30PM. Payment is accepted by Square, Zelle, or CashApp at the conclusion of each mediation. Square may have an additional transaction fee.
